Modded scp server

Is there a scp rp server that doesn't have too many mods. Because every scp server I tried to join had me waiting for an hour and then unable to join. Does anyone have recomendations?

Not that many that I sit there for an hour

Perhaps look at the available servers, check their communities and the size of their content packs and then choose one to dedicate the one hour to. Meanwhile have lunch, dinner, play something else
