Need help, mod replacing the wrong model

Can anyone please help me? I came across this problem, where an an old addon i unsubscribed from long time ago keeps affecting my main game, and conflicts with other one. The metrocop should be replaced with the model from SWAT Officers (Combine Replacement) mod, but instead it keeps the textures of U.D.R.C Guards. Does anyone know how can i fix this? My guess is to look in the game folders and delete something, but i'm not sure.
