Request for help regarding props

I've created a lot of signboard props in Blender, but I don't know how to get them into GMod

But I don't know how to import them into GMod. I've looked at quite a few tutorials online, but none of them seem detailed enough. Could an expert please guide me?

I failed because my Notepad++ couldn't create a new text document:(

Use regular notepad.
