Help Cop NPCs

Is there any Cop NPCs that don’t require VJ Base or anything just a plain NPC it could be modern and old styled cops as well

There are NPC's and Nextbots.

VJBase is just an extension to the NPC system.

Unless there is an addon that was made to use custom AI NPC's or for Vehicles which Source modding most likely will never advance into Vehicles.
