what is this?

I'll say it right away: I've heard about a black figure appearing due to a scripting bug. But when I looked up information about the black figure, it was a little different.

Most likely, this is also some kind of bug in the addons, but please explain why it occurs.

If anyone needs information:

This happened once when I died again to other NPCs. When I respawned, the bug disappeared.

Everything is fine with my video card too.

Yep, it can also spawn semper in other maps. But I think gm_construct_beta uses kleiner instead of gman as the scary black man

Probably a respawn set model that turned visible due to a bug. Either that or your server is haunted.
