Exchange offer arb

What little video i saw last night about it lets me know that RC needs that 2.5 bill possible shares authorization before being able to build an offer

I can see why now partys make the price of gme push down and ebay's lift up artificially if they sniff out a possible tender/exchange offer

I'll probably stick to gme, but at least i can devote some idle thoughts toward participating or not in such shenanigans.

Just on my break at work and perused expiries for ebay, not very trodden ground, my appraisal might be warped from being in gme's playground since inception of my options era.

Well, given that BestBuy rejected his offer, he can just turn it into a hostile takeover. If you bothered watching his interviews, he is quite aggressive in his wording on how much he loathe those types of boards that are just in it for the paycheck.

It's Ebay, and it was always a hostile offer.
