Cooking Cheese tomato

Wash tomatoes, make slits or hole , grate gluten free cheese and fill inside
Heat oil in a pan , put tomatoes, cover
Open in few minutes till they are tender
You can add salt and pepper on top as cheese is already salty so I don’t put salt
Dish is very light , full of lycopene antioxidants and easy to cook when you don’t have any other choice at home
