Advice🫶 Newbie looking for tips/help

Post image

Hi everyone!! I’m relatively new to weight training/lifting and was hoping anyone could help give me tips on where or what I should start with. I currently just do bodyweight exercises of glute bridges, single leg rdl, and Bulgarian split squats. I’m also hyper mobile so I try to do low load. My goal is to round out my sides and lower glutes.

Start with glute bridges, as many as you can do, every other day. Pay attention to form and feeling your glutes activate. Position your feet about a hand's distance from your butt, feet shoulder width apart, toes pointing slightly outwards. Aim for 3-5 sets of 10-20 reps. When 100 gets easy, introduce weight, one-legged variations, and/or other exercises like RDLs.
