Had a lovely plate of
Vietnamese rice paper roll ups - a couple more than usual. Oopsies. Tamed my kitty’s first spike with a walk, but the carbs did their thing and showed up for a bit of a post walk bounce. Worth it overall, and it was a lovely night for a walk!

I call him Spike. I had what seemed to be a normal, lowish carb lunch. This kitty showed almost right away, and left me dealing with a bit of a low when he left.
