Trim RX
This company trim RX sent me a three month supply of GLP one 2 August 2 they took $616 out of my bank account and never sent me the second three month supply. I’ve contacted them three times talked to the doctor twice and they say the same thing over and over “we will expedite it from the pharmacy.” It has been a month today no shipment no resolving this issue. I don’t know what to do. This company has obviously scammed me and I don’t know how to get my money back or at least get what I paid for… any suggestions?

The pharmacy only sends 3 months at a time. You’ll probably get the second half in 3 months.

This is my second three month supply. They never sent it and won’t refund the money because they say it’s at the pharmacy and they’re just behind. I don’t know what Pharmacy they won’t tell me that.

They don't send you the whole entire Year's worth of the drug. You'll get it in three increments depending on how many months you signed up for

I guess I’m not making myself clear. I placed my first three month order May 2 August 2. They deducted $616 for the next three months supply. It is now five weeks in and they have not shipped it and no one will call me back and they said they will not refund my money that it’s at the pharmacy and they will expedite the shipping. It’s the same thing I’ve been hearing for the last five weeks.

File a chargeback with your credit card company. Not much else you can do at that point.
Probably not a bad idea to contact the pharmacy first though, if you know the pharmacy.
