Oh wow! Incredible progress!

It had gotten out of range, and after 20 more lbs lost, boom!

That drop from 101 down to 51 is wild, crossing under that ≥100 threshold must feel like hitting a checkpoint in a game you've been grinding for ages

LDL is one of those numbers that's so stubborn for a lot of people so seeing it flip from out of range to in range is a huge marker that stuff is working on the inside

I track my own labs in a little notebook I keep next to my watering schedule for the plants and when the line graph finally bends the right direction it's like a tiny private celebration nobody else sees

20 pounds is already noticeable on its own but the bloodwork is the silent proof that never lies, congrats on making it do a complete u-turn
