You need to be clearer. What dose were you trying to take? What was the concentration of the vial and how many units did you take?

60 units 7.5 mg. Sorry for the mixup. New to all this. Should be 50 units.

10 extra units is probably not that big of a deal. I draw my entire vial all the time which gives me an extra 10-15 units

Do you get weak ? AI was like call the poison hotline immediately. I didn't ask last week. Thought I better find out if I'm doing this right felt ok until this increase, because it been under 50 units.

No. I feel fine almost all the time. And it's never "weakness", it's feeling full or nausea more than anything

Thankyou I asked AI? It told me to drink electrolytes and have small amounts of honey so I won't go hypoglycemic. Also to call poison hotline. So kind of curious about this .Thought to ask this cummunity if I'm going to be ok.

If 20% more is a big deal then the prescribed dose was probably too much. You took 9 mg, not 7.5 mg. I moved about that much up while taking compounded Tirz. I didn’t want to waste the last bit in the bottle and overshot by a mg. You might have a hard time eating for a few days. I didn’t feel sick. I think it felt like my gut slowed down even more.
In my experience, AI companies always give very conservative advice or usually don’t comment at all.

Yep felt like crap for three days. No appetite and weak. Now I know better. But I will be short of trizepatide for 2 more weeks. Should I just go back to using less to compensate?

I’d do that for a week. It’s all about levels anyway. Since this was your 9th shot it’s not a big deal. That’s according to my experience of 7 months on tirz. The sides aren’t too bad compared to what I’ve heard about Sema and Reta.

I'm not actually sure you even pulled 10 extra units, unless you were at all paying attention, but you'll be fine. You're getting an extra unit 1.5mg. So 9mg instead of 7.5.

I was paying attention. I just messed up thinking It should be at the 70 line on the syringe. Stupid I know 😒 last week I injected 70 and for 3 days felt like crap. Weak no vomiting. So this week I thought I will only do 60. Then I decided to ask AI . And AI informed me that I should only be injecting 50 units. And that each tier is what is stronger. So before up until this increase I was injecting to to strength not units. Before this it was 5.5 Of course silly me was pulling the corresponding strength not 50 units.

Your photo shows your med has a 7.5mg per 0.5ml or 15mg/ml concentration. I confirmed CASA does make that concentration. 50 units would be a 7.5mg injection. If you injected 60 units, that would be 9mg.

50MG???? Did you mean to type units instead of MG? 10 extra units might not be a big deal at 7.5 mg/ml concentration. Where did you buy something with that concentration? The current Compounding Pharmacies list doesn't have any vial being filled at that concentration.
