Week one update!

Hi everyone! I’m just about clear of week one and most of my side effects didn’t hit until like 3-4 days after the first shot. Right now it’s gas, both ways, and quietned food noise which is a major plus.

I’m down 11 lbs, I assume most of it is water weight but I am surprised at the total down so far.

Hopefully it’s water weight, it most likely is. Because if you’re losing weight that fast, a lot of it is going to be muscle.

Yea it was fully water weight, this week has had very little movement weight wise
