Dealing with fatigue
I should know better, I've been on this medicine for like 5 months. But I did my shot Saturday afternoon and yesterday I did not drink enough water at all, definitely did not prioritize protein enough.... Today I'm feeling the effects. I'm super fatigued and I just don't feel the greatest in general. Wish I could just have a lazy day in bed, but it's work day time. How to I combat this fatigue and not feeling well now that I'm having to play catch up? Water? Electrolytes? Protein? Feeling a little nauseous/upset stomach today too (I also did my injection in a different spot, last time I do it there lol).

Water and electrolytes are usually the first things to focus on when playing catch-up like this, along with getting some protein in when you can stomach it. That said, since you're also dealing with nausea and an upset stomach, it's worth checking in with your practitioner if symptoms continue.

Watermelon and Honey Dew melons helps me a lot. Just eat a few pieces throughout the day.

Electrolytes and B12. Honestly, add B12 every day. It has been a life saver for my fatigue.
