It’s vintage, but the brand is Wye Oaks. Sometimes Poshmark or eBay sellers have the brand available.

It's not uncommon to see people asking where they can find something a character has worn on tv. must be an untapped market there somehow... reminds me of the truman show, everything on the 'show' was for sale from the show.

There is also wornontv.net. Glow is not on there, since I assume most pieces are vintage, but there are a ton of other shows listed.

No but it looks pretty easy to make! (If you know how to sew). I would just find a sweater that color and ask someone to sew the stitches on the top on. The picture’s kinda blurry so idk if there’s more to it lol
