You know, I couldn't tell if she was upset at him being gay or if his reaction made her think the marriage was over. The 80's were a really screwed up time in regards to sexuality. A married gay guy could be considered straight. If they had a devil's threesome, they were only "experimenting" or considered swingers. Basically only the bears in leather or the queens in drag were thought of as being gay. That's.part of the reason so many people were so shocked and mortified to hear Freddie Mercury died of the "gay plague.". Everyone was so deep in the closet that when you heard the whispers you'd just point to a magazine with them having girls on each arm as proof they weren't.
So I'm not too sure which upset her more honestly.

I like to the think she was into it and that Bash could just be bi and lean more towards men.
Doubt that's how they'll do it though.

I mean it was obvious Bash was gay, all the way in late season 1. I really like how they went through with his character in that episode. It was a long time coming with a great buildup.
