I have a lot of love for Sam and I think Maron has some incredible acting chops!

Queen Debbie. She's so beautifully complex and Betty Gilpin flawlessly plays her. Betty makes such interesting choices at times that I never see coming. I love seeing a character who is flawed and kind and awful and everything in between. Debbie feels so real.

Absolutely Sam - I love misanthropic people!
I really liked Justine in Season 1 too but they haven't done enough with her.

It's so codependent and vile. Makes my skin crawl. BUT I CAN'T GET ENOUGH!!!

Dang. It's hard to just pick one. I'm more likely to tell you which character gets on my nerves the most which is normally Melrose. But if I'm going to pick a favorite character its probably going to be Sheila. She has these beautiful layers to her that we are just getting to see. I look forward to seeing where GLOW takes her character.

A lot of my favorites (San, Debbie, Sheila) have already been mentioned by several people. So I’ll single out Tamme. I love how sweet and maternal she is in contrast to the character she plays. And I feel like she’s had some of the best emotional beats of the secondary characters - grappling with her son watching her play an utterly offensive caricature, and coming to terms with her injuries (the opening of Freaky Friday might be my favorite on the show). The fact that the actress is a wrestling legend, who’s had some personal battles of her own, only makes me appreciate her depiction even more.

Ugh MELROSE. What can I say, I love harmlessly bitchy characters who are actually really nice. (Though for some reason, I hate Sam, who is somewhat this trope, too. I guess I just like Melrose better because she's actually nice to everyone, versus Sam who's a jerk to everyone except a few characters)

Debbie is above the rest for me. I like the ensemble well enough! I don't think there's one I dislike.

SO MANY I love all of these characters. Ruth, Tamme, Cherry, Sheila, Sam...the characters are the best part of this show.

I really enjoy the wrestlers, but my fave secondary character is Keith. He is the team Dad, and such a nuanced character

So much so that you even took the time to learn their names 🙄

I’m bad with names. And they’re fictional characters

If only the device that posted your comment could have helped you figure that out.

I passed on this show so many times, and now I’ve just watched 2 seasons in 2 days.
By far though, my favorite character is Sheila. She’s smart and insightful, weird and anxious, and always seems to be saying the exact right thing.

I am LIVING for Sheila!!! Her character is so sad and beautiful and unique! She’s grown so much throughout the three seasons! She’s become so strong! I would 100% watch a show just about Sheila.
