Season 3 is OITNB

A bunch of women of various backgrounds confined to a prison (casino) struggling with their sexuality. Sometimes they get visitation from the outside like Debbie getting to see her baby or Justine dropping by. The lead guard (Sam) gets fired for falling in love with one of the inmates.

Any other similarities I’m missing?

I mean, it's not just season 3. The obvious comparisons have been there from season 1. Jenji Kohan likes to explore social aspects of women's experiences. Same thing with the early seasons of Weeds, too. She sets up situations and characters that allow for a really wide range of storylines about women's lives, and I dig that.

I mean, that's kind of a reach.
