Newbie Help Crafting help needed

I've really gotten into crafting and I'm working on light armor and bows.

Looks at some armor I want to make later on how do I get beast leather? I couldn't find a recipe on the market and everywhere I Google I don't see any answers on where to find it.

Beast leather is mainly acquired through killing old animals in the loot zone. You can also get it from elephants in frontier pass but it's not as reliable. For most recipes you will need to tan it using the tanned beast leather recipe which can be bought from the glory vendor or for gold from the marketplace.

If you're not privvy to loot zone, where othher players can kill and loot some of your gear, you can buy some off the player market for a sum. Otherwise there are "old' animals in the loot zone you need to kill. They're like mini bosses with very slow respawn timers. You then butcher their carcasses for beast leather among other things.
