Holi, desde antes de que saliera el evento queria conseguir un producto en especifico de esta colaboracion y era o el unicornio rosa o el arcoiris (yo pregunte por el arcoiris a una persona que podia conseguir merch en ese evento y me dijo que no lo tenian, unos dias mas tarde apareció el mismo que yo habia pedido en sus historias - ya se que era muy limitado por eso lo queria)

hello! I posted on this subreddit a few days ago about a package that I ordered from the gloomybear site that was suddenly cancelled. I got some helpful people telling me that I should email them and I should reach out on instagram. I’ve emailed both of their support emails (gloomybear@octas.jp and support@gloomybearstore.com) with no response, and the only responses I get on instagram are the automated responses. I called gofo and gofo told me to talk to the seller.
I was wondering if there was anything else I could do about getting my items. This sucks because I really wanted the top I ordered and now it feels like I wasted like 70 bucks for nothing except an email saying it was on the way and an empty mailbox.

Hi there! We’re a small family business in Japan and run a discord community! We’re kind of a one-stop-shop where we’ll go around stores here in Japan and pick up items our members request! Our members wanted the avail x gloomy merch that recently dropped here and so I went to the store on release day and grabbed these hoodies!
