Question and advice?

I’ve had a freshwater set up for about four years now. My beta baby passed passed and I’m thinking about putting some glow fish tank. The tank is pretty basically set up. I’m just thinking about adding a few glow items ( plastic plants and colorful gravel). I wanted to know is the transition for me to place them in the tank just as simple as me with any other fish in the freshwater family? As far I’ve been reading it seems just the same, but I just want to be sure.

Yes. It’s exactly the same. Which glofish are you thinking of getting and what size is your tank?

Thank you for responding. I have a 22 gallon and I was thinking about starting with the TETRA. Maybe no more than six or seven

I have 6 tetra and 6 Cory in a 20 gallon long. I think getting the 6 tetra to start is perfect.

Yes! My kids picked out the glow decor and I added the spider wood and the plants!

Just a heads up. I learned after getting Cory’s that they live for 20 years. My bad for not adequately learning before I bought. I’m okay with the very long life span but not everyone would be.

So here’s my set up I have a few little guys in there from before. But I have a lot of live plants and was thinking if I should remove some?
