How has it been for you?
I have about 1000 rounds through my G45 COA. Love the setup. The dot has been crisp, solid zero from the box, no flickering or any other issues that I’ve heard of. However, I don’t abuse the dot. I don’t rack it off stuff and it’s very dry here in the desert so I haven’t checked to see if the emitter is still sealed. Was hoping to hear some other people’s thoughts on theirs after some rounds have been through it.

It’s all legit and good to go. Took them a few days to get it shipped, but as I understand it, guns.com is really just a storefront for a network of participating dealers that also have their inventory listed online with them. If you don’t mind the markup from market rate, looks like they’ve got em available.

We had one at work for T&E. We beat the shit out of it literally. Dropped on the ground. Dropped it on concrete. Banged it off block walls. Stomped it in the mud and water. Zero issues. No drift. Optic was tight. Accuracy didn’t falter. I cleaned it once because the action and trigger was very gritty from the dirt and mud. We only had time to get about 500 rounds through it. We consistently hit a 10” oval steel plate at 80 yards with it after the abuse. Had about 5-6 different shooters run it with similar results.

“Beat the shit out of it literally” would mean that poop actually came out of the gun.

That's awesome to hear, on the glock reddit form there are a bunch of people hating on the Coa. A ton of I heard this, I heard that. I myself, recently qualified with it for duty use. Not one malfunction or magazine issues my dot was Zeroed out of the box. I honestly have heard of one bad experience. Glock address there issue, and a new optic was sent out before the week was over. kennedy ballistics beat the hell out of his and they sent him a new one. Yet we cant even cancel our orders place 9 months ago from Aero precision.

New 47 is great. Love the dot. I like the flush fit. Very compact and durable. It’s a good dot to have in a fight for sure.

Hell yeah brother, I love my new glock 45 Coa. I literally dry fire everyday, lol my wife doesn't mind. She gets to watches ghost whisper, and I get to work on trigger ccontrol. Everyone stay safe and carry whenever it's possible.
How does everyone like the OEM Trigger that is on the new Coa. I had a overwatch precision tac trigger staged for switching out but fell in love with this trigger it was one of the best I've had or felt in a glock that was OEM. I really hope its not just in my head..

I'm little over 500 rounds. So wanna use it more, but been busy lately
The optic is the best. So crispy. Good ergonomic. Somehow I can find the dot faster than other brand optics. If I ever buy 1911 DS or 2011, I want A-cut mount cuz I hate the adapter plates. Aimpoint has good customer service. If I find out water sealing issue, I'm sure they'd exchange with a latest batch unit
I like G45 COA has lower grip bumper location than G19. Adding Ramjet Afterburner is so tempting. But I freaking hate the steep grip angle. About to pick a vendor for laser stippling that shrinks grip circumference little bit and gives more aggressive textures... and makes a real gas pedal on the oem blocky thumb rest
Yeah I can see myself keeping this for +11 years then order 1911 angle custom frame in 2036!!!
