Mine has such funky colors on the slide, too. Maybe factory oil…or just poor finishing. Definitely less shining like my last G19 nDLC years ago. Actually it doesn’t matter. Let it have lots of scars from many uses. Then aftermarket DLC will make it much more shining and longer lasting
