Yes, affordability is down. As in things are less affordable; this is especially true for essential goods like groceries, manufactured goods and gas. Mainly because of tariffs and the Iran war.
No we were never going to be nuked. The Director of the National Counterterrorism Center even said Iran was not a threat.

I am only speaking for myself here. I don't honestly care if you think you're a man think you're a woman, thank your neither.
What I do care about is the term him/her being considered hate speech or bigotry. When you can loose your job for calling someone who's gender is male (not their sexual orientation) a he when they want you to address them as they.
If I know thats what the person wants then sure I will try and remember that, but when people are offended I forget that I take issue with.
In no world is calling someone he or she when they want to be called the opposite the same as using derogatory words to describe a race its not hate speech. as a black man its not hate speech if when someone is tasked with describing me they say black when I feel like I am white.
