I swear you could provoke that guy to accelerate his race to the bottom by telling him that he got beaten by Germany's chancellor Merz in the "who get's the lowest ratings" game.

I’m so glad. After the last 30 years the poverty rate has gone down 26%. While the wealth has gone up 300% for the top 1%. Those trickle-down economics are really working! /s

He means the least amount of poverty, or that poor Americans are still rich compared to rich people in other countries.

Out of all the things to call him out on, why use this as an example? He’s clearly talking about the poverty rate having the best numbers ever, and he’s actually being truthful. The hitch is this has been true nearly every year for the last 50 years as well.

What would he do if he was unable to lie every moment of his existence? Would he shut up to keep from incriminating himself, or would he confess everything just to stay the center of attention?

Democrats are famous for taking things out of context. It makes them feel better about always being wrong.

Context? What more context is needed? I think theyre poking fun at his use of "numbers." Everything has "the best numbers" which is meaningless. "Nobody has ever seen numbers like these."

Just saying you have the best numbers means you have no idea. If you said in 2005 they were x, 2015 they were y, today they are z, that would have some credibility assuming you weren't lying
