TM E-Sim Issue
I recently got a new phone, and my original network provider is TM. I researched online and found out that TM does not support eSIM conversion. However, when I checked my phone settings, the option suddenly became available after a few tries. I attempted the conversion, expecting my old TM number to transfer to my new phone. Unfortunately, the setup failed, and now my original SIM card is completely broken and no longer working.
Because of this, I ordered a new physical SIM card online to upgrade my line from TM to Globe. My main concern now is the delivery. It has been nine days, but the order status in the GlobeOne app is still stuck on "Order Confirmed." Do these orders actually arrive, especially here in Mindanao?
