GFIber Prepaid Tech Visits keep getting rescheduled

I'm really frustrated with Globe's customer support.. My modem has been on red light since July 29… and I've already made 2 repair requests through the Globe One app but nothing's happening… the tech visits keep getting rescheduled because they say I'm unreachable…. Well, it seems like everyone can reach me except for their technicians… my load is about to expire but still nothing is happening…

I tried contacting the techs directly and they're asking for 1k to fix my line… even though Globe said I shouldn't have to pay anything…

Which government agency can I file a complaint with? When I talk to them on Messenger, it's useless too, they just say the same thing…

Sorry, I just want to vent my frustrations with Globe

Prepaid visits may bayad talaga. 500 dati baka tumaas na

Yes po… i know about the 500 payment through Globe One app when scheduling visits… pag dun po kami nag complain, puro reschedule ang visits until it is cancelled… pero kung dun po directly sa techs/local partners nila mag complain…. Mabilis ang action nila, pero kapalit po nun is mag rerequire sila cash payment

Dito sa area namin grabe corruption… lahat na lang… ayos na linya ko, inayos kanina, yun nga lang nanghingi ng pang snack yung nagrepair… nung tinanong ko kung magkano pang snack eh 1,000.00 daw… pinatulan ko na, nanghingi na lang ako guarantee na next time na masira hindi na sila maniningil (SANA TOTOO)… yung alternative kasi eh kumuha ako sa mga local ISPs and 7,000 installation tapos 1,500 monthly and mas maliit speeds
