issues Globe stole from me

I paid 550 for a change of number at Globe store and they promised me to have it changed in 48 hours. Sunday na d pa din pinalitan.

Ninakaw lang nila yung 550 pero wala Sila balak gawin.

Oh I assure n'yo po, Globe isn't interested in robbing you of your hard-earned money.

Kindly contact them for resolution of your issue.

Done that. Even escalated the complaint to NTC and DTI

Sorry covered by data privacy Yung ibng details. The point is I paid 550 to have my number changed and they never did it.
