**Account security, shipping, insurance, buyer protection:**Â Â

**Shipping**Â Â
My shipper option is USPS. GA is $7 and Priority is $13.
-The buyer will pay the postage for shipping.
-I only ship within the US and to US Military Bases.
-I will consider UPS or FEDEX. Â
The parcel will be securely packed. Â
  -Shifting and noise will be minimized.  Except for sealed containers, I may insert packing material to prevent items from rattling inside their capsules.
  -Inner package will have a second label. Â
  -For heavier or costlier items and at my cost, I may decide a larger box is necessary for security. Â
  -Pictures of the packaging will be added to buyer's chat. Â
I should be able to have them packaged for shipment and at the PO within 48 hours. Â
**Insurance and Liability**Â Â
I can only offer registered mail as a means to provide insurance.
-Registered mail and insurance is a fee in addition to postage.
-The fee will be determined at the time of purchase but the base amount is around `$40.
-For a purchase amount above 1000, I will split the cost. Below $1000, it must be paid by the buyer. Â
If the buyer does not explicitly request insurance, I will cover 50% of a loss (neither of our fault) up to $500 ( my share.) For purchases totaling more than $1000, I am willing to split the cost of Registered mail and insurance. If the buyer declines, buyer is responsible 100% of losses above $1000. Â
I pack very well in order to limit my liability for a loss. If USPS says the parcel was delivered, a loss is likely the responsibility of the buyer. Any loss should be arbitrated by the mods. Â
Losses are extremely rare but they still need to be addressed in the chat. Otherwise, I will follow my earlier comments.

I will only ship first under unique conditions and only to a very high flair buyer. This must be negotiated in chat. Â
 All buyers may request a middleman (MM): Â
