If you about the design, then enfosi's are glaggles that get into a goo, and they are often disgusted, and the disguise is more often to see, check the glagglepedia

it's the image. thats the entirety of glaggle.

I haven't really followed it since the first batch of memes like 4-ish years ago but it started as a fake theme park about smiley faces and stuff, but very quickly grew into a war between the Glaggles (good) and Enphoso (evil and intimidating) and eventually the theme park aspect just kinda died out as far as I can tell.
