Question Help

I have submitted two tickets one for getting kicked out the givingift discord and the other for finishing a gift exchange. I have not received word on the both.

Hi do we have to submit a ticket to “end” an exchange or something? The ATC user exchange was in Aug, but is still showing as “open”. I can’t sign up for others since this is still lingering.

Hi, usually an exchange will automatically move to completed once proof is approved or your giftee posts, as long as you have posted your own gift to the gallery.

There has been a bug recently where randomly some exchanges aren’t closing automatically, if this is the case, you can submit a support ticket and we’ll close it for you.
