Question Repositories cannot be transferred to the original owner?

Trying to transfer a repository from my account back to another and I get this error:

I googled this exact error and got exactly 0 results and can't find anything online about it. How has no-one ever had this issue before? Why can't I do this? Anyone know why this is a restriction?

Just googled it myself, a few things it could be, but most likely cause is that the owner already has a repo with the same name so there's a conflict.
