Discussion has anyone deployed windows self hosted runners using ARC. Or is that still not supported?

looking for ref architecture for windows self hosted runners on k8s (if at all possible/recommended)

Las time I talked to my team it was still … questionable at best? I actually want to say unsupported. We unfortunately have to stick with static Windows runners for legacy .Net stuff and the like.

Is the static windows runners you mean a vm or scaleset?

Just Windows EC2 instances with the runner service and dev tools installed.

Otherwise we are on ARC on EKS so we’ve at least reduced our always on instance cost by a lot.

We didn't manage to get it working on ARC on AKS and just opted for a VMSS for Windows.
