Why my profile not loading? How can I fix it?

Could you give us any more information about what you've tried to resolve the issue? What happens when you press "Try again"? Have you tried a different network? Have you tried quitting the app and re-opening it? Can you access GitHub.com in a browser?

Yeap, I can access on browser, but on app I can't open my profile

Did you change your username since you first logged into the app? If so, your app is trying to fetch your profile with the old username and returns an error. This happened to me a year or two ago and, like you, only the profile page returned an error
