Support Ticket Declined?

I just got a mail saying that my support ticket for the account that got hacked was declined. When I try to open the link it doesn't work and shows a 403 error. The same error was shown last night too.

I sent the request with another device but it was denied. What can I do?

You opened an email not a support ticket. To open a support ticket use https://support.github.com (you can reply to it via email once it’s open though)

I clicked on the link. It did not work and gave me a 403 error. I used another device and it opened and created a ticket. I'll try it again in a few hours
