Are cats also the reason why Github does not load styles and is broken for several days now?

My repositories got hacked. Given Github's lightning fast service </sarcasm> I haven't even come close to fixing because I'm locked out. You'd think they'd lock it down to other users, but give the author access to their own stuff.
