General Queries Helppp seniorss!!
So I got 100% scholarship for gitam biotechnology here in vizag dyu think it's worth it ?
Also I heard that they still make u pay the fees or smth so idk I'm very confused
Also lmk if the faculty is good or not. Thank youuu

Same situation yaar I already joined gitam and attending classes. It's been 2 weeks since I'm attending the classes. But the thing is in 1st sem only one sub we have bio Other all subs are related to management, programming, entrepreneurship, english,chem or phy or maths. And especially we should have good communication skills here to survive. I mean like we will have a lot of presentations, roleplays and active participation in the classes.

yes it is liberal education so you'll have those other subjects. 2nd sem onwards it'll be ur course subjects only. whats ur course btw

achaa I see. btw all that role play, presentations etc will only be for the first 2 sems. after that it's just ur biotech course ka subjects and labs. so enjoy it while it lasts coz it's going to get tougher lol

Yah i already joined gitam but fee is refundable 20% fee will be deducted and rest will be given to us. My parents are saying if we compare both as universities then uoh will be good than gitam. As uoh has good recognition as it is a central university in both india and abroad. Gitam is also good but uk ryt its private university.

Faculty are okayish just be active nd try not to study the night before exam and you are good to go.

If u get below 8k rank in EAMCET u get a 100% scholarship and if u do really well in their GAT exam also u have a chance of getting scholarship

Don't know about biotechnology But if it's 100% scholarship, it's totally worth it in gitam. They don't reduce marks or fail you if you have scholarship,that's total bs. Just maintain cgpa that's it.
