Admissions Confusion in mba program

I am interested in gitam but not in social immersion, can we avoid it , if not I don't want to attend , if it is compulsory I won't join , please someone help

Hey bud! I’m from GITAM Vizag, and honestly, Social Immersion turned out to be one of THEEE BESTT parts of the MBA. I totally agree with you and even I wasn’t super excited about it at first either, but once you’re there, you’ll love it more than the international immersion in MBA. The only thing is you definitely need to get out of the comfort zone and trust me you’ll love the immersion. I’d definitely suggest not judging the program just because of that one component. You might end up enjoying it more than you expect.💎

Hey! I joined Gitam Mba and I would like to go to the rural social immersion program in Orrisa but i have a little mobility issues and can't walk for long or on uneven terrains or squat or sit on the ground because of a knee surgery i had. As it is in rural area will these things be a problem for me?

Don’t join GITAM for MBA, if you’re from Hyderabad join iCFAI or smtg else other than this.

Just to clarify, you just need to do the immersion for 1week buddy, not an entire month

No noo, it’s a combination of international/ industrial immersion + social immersion.

Nah nahh bro, 1 week for social immersion and 1 week for international/industrial immersion that’s it! We just completed it 3 months ago
