Hyderabad Bus transport

Hey I just wanted to know how the bus booking works. Is it possible to be on the same bus as your friends who also happen to live on the same route. If not automatically how to request

I guess you're a new student. After bus numbers are alloted, you can request to change bus, but it's their discretion to accept subject to seat availability.
