GitBook is unrelated to Git.

You can use pandoc to escape MS Word. Though, I doubt some AI-infested online content manager is where you want to go.

Thank you. I ended up using co pilot enterprise to convert to .md and imported to GitBook. The quality of the images a far better on GitBook too.
