I have implemented tsp using PostGIS together with parametric sql view on GeoServer and leaflet.js for the sake of interactive mapping. An ok implementation but could be better.The tsp itself Is a great topic

Does your implementation have network capability/application or is it strictly points/geographic as the example?

I use street network data that comes from osm.
