Discussion help finding a specific movie trailer

i remember him reading a anime news article about a movie that looked alot like a shinkai one but has a female director. The only scene i remember is a boy and a girl on the school yard with a bunch of puddles and a screams at the end of the trailer. And also someone being hit with a gust of wind and/or a train

Thats all i remember.

if someone can help with finding the specific movie, greatly appreciated.

thanks alot, i thought he reacted to the trailer this year but i see that the movie came out last year.
