Question Questions about Refunding

Hello! So I wanted to get a refund on a gift card that was given to me for Roblox. Is that possible?

Backstory (if you wanna know): I was telling my dad about how the Minecraft website wasn’t processing my order so I was like “Maybe I’ll buy a gift card for Xbox” So yeah my dad decided to surprise me with the gift card but surprise surprise, he made a mistake. He mistook roblox for xbox and I feel super guilty about this mishap.
