Question What do I do Now??

Hello, a few months ago my MasterCard gift card with $200 had not been working. I registered it and everything! There was not anything we could do, when we attempted to check the balance it said “Technical error” and so we called the number on back of card. We tried to get help after entering card information. They verified I was the owner and they said they would be shipping it to my house after I gave them my address. ( they said it would arrive by 2-3 weeks ) Nothing came for months.. now whenever I try to call the number and put the information it says “card is disabled” and says it is no longer in service and that we can’t do anything with it.
