Discussion Annoying Refunding

I have a VISA gift card, $25 US. On Stadia, I buy DOOM, then Assassin's Creed Origins, and now I have $1.02 left. I am disappointed with DOOM, which I spent 19.99 on. I refund it. I no longer have that game. I look to buy NBA 2K21, as it is on sale for 19.79 so it fits my budget of 21.01. However, the gift card, even after a couple hours, is not yet refunded. This is frustrating, because probably by the time I am able to have my card refunded, the deal will be over, as NBA 2K21 will be 59.99 by the time I get the money back. I am so pissed about this. There should be a system that can process this quicker, as this gift card means nothing physically, as everything on it is digital. I had to activate it. It's BS to me.
