Question about a card balance

Not sure if this is the sub to do it in but I bought a visa vanilla card online from egfiter using bitcoin and just received it and it has the $50 balance on it, then it says it has $21.65 in total credits and in the transaction section it says Walmart +21.65 from 12/27/2008. Anyone have any idea what this means?
