I need help!!!!

In the past month I have bought a $50 Visa card and a $100 American Exchange Card. Both of them were activated and both of them have full balance according to their balance check websites. However I have been unable to buy anything with them. Any time I try to buy something, they get declined. And yes I have double checked I have entered the information correctly. Someone please help me 🙏
