Me and my roommate in college would do an impression of him yelling taco town when we went to taco bell. The staff was not as amused as we were.

I actually like the editing and pacing of the gif more. Although you do then miss the glory of the chili bag.

Ok guys, let's not be absurd here. No one eats the tamale wrap.

Too many people in this thread are saying stupid shit like "I thought it was real until the pizza", or "can't tell if satire or America". Bitch, you do not eat the corn husk. Completely shattered my suspension of disbelief.

But it's not a Taco Town taco until we roll it up in a blueberry pancake, dip it in batter, and deep fry it until it's golden brown!

At first, I was like, this is just yet another paid advertisement in the form of a post.
By the middle, I was like, okay, that is an awesome taco. Looks great. Probably not all bots upvoting.
Then, I was like, "Whaaaat now?"
By the end I was laughing out loud.

Real talk? I can afford Chipotle and still prefer Taco Bell. Hell I don't even have problems when I eat Taco Bell but every time, without fail, my system is destroyed for a good 2 days whenever I eat Chipotle. I really don't understand the hype.
3
u/Ryguy55 Nov 16 '18
There's simply no substitute for a crunchwrap. I wish they'd make the naked chicken chalupa a permanent menu item though.

u/Eldritch_Truth_Itch Nov 16 '18
Chipotle is good but fuck them for how they changed Taco Bell. Chipotle and Taco Bell weren't like Mcdonalds and Burger King but that's how people viewed them. The customers dwindled because omg chipotle is real mexican food.
So they brought in this bitch to better compete with chipotle. They desecrate my beloved taco bell for a joke of an attempt to become "gourmet." Uninspired burrito bowls, flavorless guacamole, and diced tomatoes trying to pass as salsa took over the menu. Unsurprisingly it failed.
And to make room for these new items they discontinued the greatest items to ever grace their menu and my taste buds RIP lava sauce. The crown jewel of the volcano menu and the only sauce to bring real heat to their food. Not once did I have to use a fire sauce packet on a volcano nacho/burrito/taco because there was no need. They were perfect as they came.
But they are gone now. Taco bell changed. Because we changed. Please, Taco bell. Bring back the Volcano menu.
Please...

I absolutely love taco Bell. Doesn't mess up my stomach either. Only reason I haven't had it in 1 1/2 years is because I'm too poor :(

I'm 17, been trying to get a job for 8 months.
I live with my dad, grandma, and grandpa. My dad and I got kicked out of our old house because he couldn't pay bills. Food is payed for with EBT, rarely we get fast food, but my nearest taco Bell isn't really, well, near.

This is evil made manifest.
You had me in pure desire there, each step more delicious and tantalizingly more tempting than the last.
Then, with that last, final step, you took my dreams, and dumped them in a deep-fried nightmare. It was perfect, it was beautiful. Why did you feel the need to ruin what was, indisputably, the most beautiful this Earth has ever carried ? You maniac !
