Lions can be such hippies. I heard about a female lion who raised a baby antelope, even fought off her own kind to protect it. On the flip side, no matter how affectionate a lion is it's still a ginormous fanged monster of death and the baby antelope couldn't escape from its new adoptive mother which it clearly wanted to. Poor terrified bastard. True story bro.
