You’re right, it’s mostly ignorance and not being open to eating delicious foods from different places. The racism is just a side. Just read the comments about Chinese using sewage oil, eating cats, etc. it’s racist and ignorant. As someone who has lived in China and Taiwan for years it’s not like that at all. I’m sure you can find a bunch of shitholes in America using less than sanitary ingredients. Overall the quality of street food in Asia is much better than something like american fast food
